C.K. McClatchy High School was built in 1937. A 2018 renovation of the auditorium included 780 model 82.12.XX.8 Orpheum chairs. Irwin Seating retrofitted and refinished the existing aisles to work with new components that include the No. 12 seat with a veneer surfaced insert panel, scrolled armrests, and the Orpheum back. The seating was finished with black plastic & powder coat (paint), No. 14 Classic Walnut stain and Momentum Insight Port fabric.
