The following information is helpful when placing a parts order:
- Name and number of contact person
- Name of the theatre or installation, and any prior names if changed through the years
- Ship to: city and state
- Original order number, if known
- Year it was originally installed
We are able to review history of shipped orders to assist you in ordering replacement parts when necessary.
We require a $50.00 minimum order. If the parts ordered do not total $50.00, you will be asked if you want to order additional product to meet the $50.00 minimum. If you do not want to order additional parts, you will be invoiced for $50.00.
Our goal is to provide replacement parts to you within 3-4 weeks once we have received your purchase order; however, discontinued, long-lead time or custom parts may take longer.
