A seating inspection should be completed:

  • After any new installation and construction
  • Yearly of existing seating

The inspection must be performed by a qualified individual certified by the manufacturer.

The owner is responsible for providing inspection certification, as required by the local authority

The application of this code is consistent across all major standard authorities.
