The USTA's Arthur Ashe Stadium opened in 1997 with 23,000+ Patriot chairs from Irwin Seating Company. In 2017 the stadium was renovated and 23,000+ new Patriot chairs were installed to replace the ones that had been in service for 20 years. Most of the seating is model 30.52.00.30, a comfortable, ergonomic-designed chair. Suites are provided with the 30.12.8.8 Patriot VIP and the press area is equipped with folding writing tablets.
