Occasionally, it is necessary to host a visitor in our facility because they need to be on-site for work that cannot be done remotely. These visitors may include customers, vendors, service technicians, board members or other guests.
Visitor access is limited to those with a scheduled appointment. When they arrive, we ask that they contact the person they are meeting with. The employee host should meet the visitor at the front door to let them in and help limit interaction with the receptionist.
When visitors enter, they should wear a facemask, use hand sanitizer, and pass a basic health screening (temperature check, questions about signs/symptoms) administered by the host. The receptionist will add the visitor to the sign-in log behind the desk. If the receptionist is not available, the host will be responsible for signing in the visitor on the receptionist sign-in log. We can provide facemasks and safety glasses if necessary.
