- hinge assembly formed from 12 gauge steel with a 5/8” pivot rod, MIG welded for superior strength
- armrest is 13-7/8” solid hardwood and surfaced with high pressure plastic laminate
- stop mechanism is solid steel with neoprene cushions to eliminate noise
- tablet is attached to 7 gauge steel plate with 5 screws
- edges of the tablet are treated with decorator lacquer for a finished appearance
- standard tablet arm has a 100 square inch surface
- available on Steel (8C) Platform only
- two options exist for tablet construction: 55 lb. density, 5/8” particle board or 5-ply plywood
- standard oversize tablet arm available with 105 square inch surface; special oversized tablet arm, which can only be used with certain models, is 120 square inches
- tablet can be surfaced with plastic laminate on the top with a backer sheet on the bottom or can be laminate surfaced on both sides
- a cupholder cut-out is available
- E-Link auditorium chairs utilize a larger tablet arm and a different folding mechanism
